What is shareware?
Shareware means "try before you buy". The game has a free download. You may
play it for a certain period of time with possible restrictions in time or
runs. The game is given to you for free in order you to decide whether you like
it or not. You need to buy the game if you like it and want to enjoy this game
in full version.
How do I pay for registration?
Go to games section. Find product that you need to
register. Press registration link. This link will transfer you to the page
where you buy the product.
I registered and paid. What now?
As soon as your payment is completed you will receive an e-mail, containing
your license name and code. Now you need to enter those information at the
registration form ( you can open registration form by pressing "Registration"
button, usually ) of product that you are just purchase.
I lost my game(s). Can you help?
Please download the game once again. If you still have trial version please
visit support service.
I entered the code and name, but it does not work!
First, please check for misprints. Then, make sure you enter the license code,
not the Order ID or any other number. If the register form in the game asks for
e-mail, make sure you enter the same that you used while buying the license.
What do I do when my game causes problems?
At first take a look at technical issues - we may have solved your problem
there. If not, please write to technical support
support@tamestorm.com - indicate your e-mail, the name of the game, and
all possible details of the problem if you expect fast and helpful response.
I can't run the game because it says that I am missing files
or another error.
Please check the system requirements of the game. If there could be no problem
with them please check out your OpenGL drivers. They may be in need of update.
If this doesn't help please reinstall the game.
What is 3D accelerator and why do I need it?
3D accelerator is a graphic card. It supports 2D and 3D graphics acceleration
through hardware and greatly improves DirectX and/or OpenGL game performance.
Some games can crush if you card not support certain DirectX/OpenGL features in
hardware.
What is OpenGL?
OpenGL® is a low-level API ( application programming interface ) that combines
the ability to render top quality 3D graphic images with leading PC
performance.
My 3D card is fully OpenGL compatible but my game still
crushes.
